Colon Cleansing

The colon is what hinders healing. If not cleansed, waste products cannot exit the body. If you’ve never worked in a clinic with dying patients, it’s hard to grasp how many diseases stem from poor colon function.

The industry producing deodorants, mouthwashes, toothpastes, gels, breath fresheners, sprays, colognes, and perfumes is a multi-billion-dollar global market. This industry exists to mask the odor of people decaying internally and filled with waste. If these people cleansed their colons, this industry would vanish.

Our digestion and waste elimination processes are critical factors affecting our health. According to Ayurveda, improper diet and poor digestion are the root of nearly every disease. Many alternative practitioners agree. Poor diet slows digestion, disrupting colon function.

Improper bowel movements result in waste and toxin accumulation in this vital organ. Alternative practitioners believe poor colon function can cause numerous health issues, from constipation, headaches, allergies, and chronic fatigue to ulcerative colitis and colon cancer.

Our grandparents didn’t cleanse their colons and lived long, healthy lives. Unlike us, they didn’t eat modern processed foods but natural foods rich in dietary fiber, which effectively regulate digestion and colon cleansing.

Most foods we consume daily are processed in some way. Such foods contain little natural dietary fiber, crucial for proper colon function. Consuming refined sugar and flour creates problems in the body. Increasing health issues have led more people to address them through dietary corrections and various cleansing methods.

Enemas, used for centuries to treat constipation, poisoning, headaches, allergies, etc., are the oldest cleansing method. Ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Africans, Indians, and Chinese used this method. In France, enemas were so popular that they were used daily after dinner, believed to improve skin appearance.

Colon cleansing with enemas involves flushing the colon with water under low pressure through the anus using special equipment. There are various types of enemas, using water, coffee, clay, or teas. In most cases, enemas effectively cleanse only the lower colon (rectum). Enemas are quite uncomfortable.

Most people dislike the idea of inserting something into their colon via the anus. Some alternative practitioners believe frequent or careless enema use can disrupt gut flora, cause infections, or even damage the colon. Enemas should not be used too often, as they can disrupt normal bowel movement rhythms.

Liver Cleansing

Cleansing the liver’s bile ducts is one of the most important and effective procedures for improving health. It removes stones and accumulated fats from the liver and gallbladder. Cleansing significantly improves digestion, the foundation of overall health.

Liver cleansing helps address various health issues, with each subsequent cleanse improving health further. You can expect gradual relief from allergies, shoulder, upper arm, or back pain, increased energy, and an overall better feeling.

Liver and gallbladder cleansing through a one-day therapy, involving Epsom salt dissolved in water, olive oil, and grapefruit, with promises of eliminating gallstones, allergies, and serious diseases, is growing in popularity.

The Epsom salt mentioned here is not table salt but magnesium sulfate, a laxative that cleanses the colon. It draws large amounts of water into the colon, softening and loosening stool. It quickly resolves acute issues but is unsuitable for frequent use due to potential side effects.

Many who have tried it claim thorough cleansing, as unusual green, yellow, or brown stool resembling irregular balls, and even stones, are expelled from the colon. These "stones" are actually a product of partial oil saponification. Mixing equal amounts of oleic acid and lemon juice with small amounts of potassium hydroxide solution creates semi-solid white balls.

During digestion, these balls absorb bile, turning green. Some contain red coloring due to oil’s effects. When dried at room temperature, these balls become relatively hard and solid.
